If you should need to return an item, you may return goods directly to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, minus the shipping charges. Return packages must be postmarked no later than 14 days from date of original delivery.
Goods can be returned only after the customer support approval and may be accompanied with the original sales receipt, unopened, and in original individual package.
You can return goods using any postal service or courier service company. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper that allows you to track your package. Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper. Once we receive the returned items in original condition, we will send you a conformation email and will refund a payment the same way you payed for your order. The returned parcel is usually processed within 1-3 days. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
