Pomegranate seed oil is known for its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, regenerating, rejuvenating and immune modulating effect. It contains 65%-85% pomegranate acid (punicic), which is unseen in any other vegetable oil; it also contains oleic acid, stearic palmitic acid, campesterol, beta-sitosterol, Stigmasterol, Vitamin A, Vitamin groups В, Е, К, РР, С, beta-carotene, choline, vanadium, cobalt, iron, zinc, manganese, copper, potassium, calcium, iodine, boron, aluminum, natrium, and phosphorus. Pomegranate oil can be used both topically and by mouth for the treatment of a number of diseases.

For Internal Use:

Prevention of oncological diseases: Pomegranate seed oil is a natural cancer-protective due to the high content of Omega-5polyunsaturated fatty acid, punicic acid, boron and ellagic acid. These components launch the processes of immune auto-reconstitution through the activation of T-lymphocytes, which target and kill cancerous cells. This effect was described at the International conference at Israel Institute of Technology in 2001. This explains why pomegranate oil is widely used as adjunctive therapy in the treatment of prostate, breast, and skin cancer. It is also often prescribed in courses for the prevention of oncological diseases and benign neoplasms.

It is recommended to apply the oil on cuticles and the nail plate after manicuring. Once dry, the oil should be rubbed into the nails with a looped towel.
